VUELOPEDIA · THE AIRCRAFT
Each model brings together a family of aircraft: the same airframe in all its versions, from the first prototype to the last one delivered. These are the 145 models with a page on Vuelopedia, from 1921 to the present day. Each page tells its history, gives its specifications and variants, and lists one by one the aircraft of that model we document. Sort them by number of aircraft, by manufacturer or by date, or filter by type of aircraft.

A model is a family: the Boeing 737, for example, runs from the 1967 737-100 to the 737-900ER, while the 737 MAX has its own page. The figure on each card is the number of aircraft of that model documented on Vuelopedia, each with its own unique identity (family and serial number). It also includes aircraft we know from radar data even without a serial number, except those that could be an aircraft already counted, and no model that is no longer built can exceed the number of units actually produced.
The date is that of the first flight; “in production” means the manufacturer is still delivering new aircraft. The specifications, history and variants on each page are checked against published sources.
