Vuelopedia is a work in progress: it currently holds about 30% of the information we expect to have by the third quarter of 2027. Although we use only official, highly reliable sources, some aircraft data and history may still contain errors or inaccuracies. We work hard to clear every anomaly from the records using specialized verification tools.

What happened
On 11 May 2013, as passenger boarding began, one of the flight attendants was pushing two galley carts at once from the forward cabin towards the rear to support the catering service. The second cart caught as it crossed the transition joint between the carpeted cabin floor and the rubber flooring of the aft galley, and tipped over onto her left foot. The crew member was taken to hospital, although severe swelling prevented the extent of the injury being determined immediately; later X-rays confirmed a fracture in the left foot.
