Vuelopedia is a work in progress: it currently holds about 30% of the information we expect to have by the third quarter of 2027. Although we use only official, highly reliable sources, some aircraft data and history may still contain errors or inaccuracies. We work hard to clear every anomaly from the records using specialized verification tools.

What happened
On 9 October 2015, while a flight attendant was moving from the galley into the passenger cabin carrying a drinks tray, a cup of hot water fell and spilled over her arm. The liquid caused second-degree burns to her forearm and bicep, roughly 2.5 by 5 cm, with the skin coming away. The crew reported that the flight had met some light turbulence en route, but it could not be determined whether there was turbulence at the exact moment of the incident.
