Vuelopedia is a work in progress: it currently holds about 30% of the information we expect to have by the third quarter of 2027. Although we use only official, highly reliable sources, some aircraft data and history may still contain errors or inaccuracies. We work hard to clear every anomaly from the records using specialized verification tools.

Incident at Lanzarote-César Manrique (ACE) Airport
On September 28, 2026, the Boeing 737 MAX 8-200 aircraft (registration EI-IKJ), operated by Ryanair, was involved in an incident at Lanzarote-César Manrique (ACE) Airport (Spain) due to another aircraft entering the runway during its landing roll. Source: AESA (Spain).
What happened
Flight FR5910 from Dublin to Lanzarote had just landed on runway 03 when an Iberia Express A320 due to depart for Madrid, flight IB1502, entered the runway via taxiway E1, in the opposite direction, before the Ryanair aircraft had cleared it. The crew braked in time and left the runway via taxiway E2. Nobody was hurt. Ryanair said its flight landed normally, in accordance with air traffic control instructions.

Spain’s aviation safety agency, AESA, is investigating, and the airport operator Aena confirmed the incident. The authorities and the airlines have not officially confirmed the registrations of the aircraft involved: the identification of this aircraft comes from unofficial aviation sources.

Memories coming soon

The register of memories is not open on this aircraft yet. We are enabling it gradually, record by record, as we consolidate each aircraft's information.

Before opening it we check the aircraft identity — its registration, its serial number and its model — against the civil register of the authority that registered it, so that every memory belongs to the exact aircraft that lived it. When that work reaches this record, the register will open here.
