Vuelopedia is a work in progress: it currently holds about 30% of the information we expect to have by the third quarter of 2027. Although we use only official, highly reliable sources, some aircraft data and history may still contain errors or inaccuracies. We work hard to clear every anomaly from the records using specialized verification tools.

What happened
On 26 September 2018, around midday, American Airlines flight 2308 — an Airbus A321, registration N994AN — was still at the gate at Dallas-Fort Worth airport, Texas, bound for Sacramento, California, when a flight attendant tripped over a bag and injured her ankle. The mishap occurred after the main cabin door had been closed but before pushback. Of the 186 occupants, the flight attendant was the only one seriously injured: unable to walk, she had to be helped off once the jet bridge had been repositioned. At an urgent care centre she was diagnosed with a fractured ankle. Source: the NTSB (United States).
