Accident at Boston, Massachusetts

What happened
On 28 June 2015, at about 23:20, a passenger fell on leaving the aft lavatory of Delta Airlines flight 2219 — an Airbus A320 registered N335NW descending towards Boston Logan airport from Orlando. The seatbelt sign was on and passengers had been asked to stay seated before the descent began. About five minutes after starting down, the autopilot was disconnected to adjust the descent profile, which caused a small bump in the flight path; at around that moment the passenger fell and injured her ankle. Doctors on board applied ice and painkillers and the crew declared an emergency. The emergency services met her at the gate and took her to hospital, where she was diagnosed with a fracture of the ankle and lower right leg. The passenger later reported that she had slipped on water on the floor next to the lavatory door. Source: the NTSB (United States).
